THE FINAL "NYC 8TH GRADE TRIP MEETING" WILL BE HELD ON MAY 2, 2017; 5:30 PM; SDMS CAFETERIA!

The SDMS "Honors Program" will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017; 6:00 PM; SDMS gym. This, of course, is not a graduation from middle school, but more of a celebration to honor those 7th graders and 8th graders who have achieved awards throughout the year, as well as a promotion ceremony for 8th graders going on to high school. This is NOT a night where student attendees must "dress up." Students being honored/promoted are encouraged to wear "Sunday" clothes, e.g., for boys....khaki pants/dress pants and a collared shirt; for girls.....skirts/dresses or slacks and a nice shirt. Shorts are prohibited from being worn by those being honored. More information forthcoming!!

STUDENTS:  PLEASE REMIND YOUR PARENTS/GUARDIANS:    Drop-offs and pick-ups of SDMS students are only to be made at the "circle" in front of the middle school/high school. The "lower" lot, near the SDMS gym, is for the SDMS faculty and staff only. If your parents/guardians have any questions, please tell them to contact the office.
